My persistent description of Scott is patient, patient, patient!!! Especially as a new homeowner, there were so many concepts and terms that we had to be educated on, which Scott did without making us feel insecure.

I would just be repeating myself. Our experience with Scott and Century 21 was beyond excellent, given the tough budget position we were in. We managed to find a house that gave us MOST of what we wanted, and we're extremely happy. I say most, because no house is perfect, and we're happy to make the adjustments to leave our stamp on it.
